Pawan Kalyan has held a meeting in Chennai ahead of elections and the people of Chennai has given a grand welcome to the Power Star. Janasena leader sudden party meeting in Chennai has raised many doubts among Telugu and Tamil state political leaders. Speaking at a press conference Jana Sena Party founder has addressed these issues with media and answered all their questions.
“My purpose of this visit to Chennai is to introduce myself to the people of TamilNadu, which is our neighboring state. The Future is gonna be coalition politics. It’s the need of the hour to make such a visit to the nearby political landscape. In TN, I see people detest BJP.” said Pawan Kalyan
The actor wishes to see unity among regional political parties in the South, ahead of the 2019 elections. He says that the bifurcation has caused a lot of pain in Andhra Pradesh. He added UP and Bihar politics are playing a pivotal role in national politics.
He appeals to the central government not ignore the South and its needs and problems. He wants to have a separate capital city for South India. He wants to initiate a South India collective movement to address the needs and issues.
Pawan Kalyan says that he’ll be meeting Tamil Nadu political leaders and other Southern political leaders. For now, he’ll be just touring the South states. He also puts forth the concept of respecting and not neglecting the concept of Dravida Nadu / South culture.
Pawan Kalyan openly expressed his disapproval and criticism of TDP and BJP calling them a spent force.
He added he is against caste politics and wont encourage Kapu vote bank. “In 2019 elections, I’m projecting myself as the CM of Andhra Pradesh” said Pk.
MGR is a very tough example to follow. Just because I or anyone else is a Superstar in cinema doesn’t guarantee a good future in politics directly said Pawan Kalyan.
Will Pawan Kalyan get support from South or any other political parties from south India to achieve his Ideas is a big question.
