KCR has been making moves to bring change in national politics. The Telangana CM met Mamta Banerjee in Kolkata on Monday. KCR is in plans to form grand alliance against NDA government. He is seeking support of several other regional parties to launch Federal Front.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that its a new beginning in country’s politics to bring about qualitative change. For decades Congress and BJP failed to keep up the promises, so people are longing for a option, said KCR. Interestingly, he stated that neighboring country China’s economical growth and India needs to follow the same. Mamata Banerjee said she agree to whatever KCR had said.
Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray, NCP leader Sharad Pawar, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and DMK Leader MK Stalin are likely to support KCR. Mamata Banerjee is also in discussions with Sonia Gandhi. BJP anti wave is being felt with defeats in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh by-polls recently.
It is being said that General elections will be held couple of months early than scheduled time. If so it will added advantage for the federal front. If at all federal front succeeds in scoring good number of seats in 2019 election, KCR has bright chances of becoming PM of India. In that case, he will be second Telugu leader to be sitting in Delhi’s throne after Late PV Narasimha Rao. Let’s hope for the best.
