Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) had narrowly escaped helicopter mishap. KCR was on tour in Karimnagar district. While his chopper took off to 100 feet from Pedappalli, CM’s office luggage caught fire. Security officials dumped the bags to the ground and averted the accident. DGP of Telangana confirmed the reports and that the CM and other CMO officials onboard are safe. Minister KTR also tweeted about the incident.

As known, KCR is guarded with Z+ category status.Telangana CM also has special Intelligence Security Wing (ISW) and Special Police Group (SPG). 18 well-trained commandos of well trained anti-Maoist Greyhounds also take care of security arrangements. CM KCR has been flown to Adilabad after the helicoptor had minor snag.
