Pedavi Datani Matokatundi – Better to keep it to yourself
Rating: 1.75/5

Tharun (Raavan) is a nonchalant youngster who is weak in studies but he’s a magic enthusiast. He joins as janitor in a software company for survival. He falls in love with Ahana(Payal) there. Perhaps, he is reluctant to propose her for interesting reasons. Will he be successful as magician and impress Ahana and win her love.

Pedavi Datani Matokatundhi is made on silly concept. The film has weak storyline and lackluster screenplay. Uneven and snail paced narration tests the patience. Amateur direction adds to the film’s woes. Naresh and Raavan try to save this terrible film with their comedy.

Raavan Reddy gives a energetic performance and he is here to stay. Payal Wadhwa looks cute but has no scope to perform. The chemistry between the lead pair is quite impressive. Senior Naresh puts weight to the film as hero’s father.

Pedavi Datani Matokatundhi is just an extended short film. It lacks minimum technical values that a feature film requires. Unnecessary scenes appear obstacles in the story. The film fails at script level itself. Music is loud and terrible. Songs are okay to listen. Cinematography is pathetic.

Bottom-line: Pedavi Datani Matokatundi – Better to keep it to yourself
