Juvva Story:

Meanwhile, Rana (Ranjith) is a small time conman who provides fake certificates falls in love with her. As Basavaraju is about to find her, Rana escapes with her to Vizag. What happens when Rana comes face to face with Basavaraju? How will he rescue Aadhya from his evil clutches?
Juvva Review:
Juvva is routine commercial potboiler with lots of mass masala ingredients. A dashing hero, sizzling heroine and a rowdy in obsession with her. This run-of-the-mill is spiced up with some slapstick comedy. First half is filled with silly repeated scenes. Bunch of comedians entertain with their regular presence. Sapthagiri brings some laughs. Posani Krishna Murali, Ali, Prabhas Seenu, Prabhakar etc also are good. Besides, the film is more of cat and mouse chase with some forced twists that doesn’t surprise but irritate. Unnecessary hero elevation shots for a newcomer irks.
Performance:
Ranjith is good with his looks and he is expressive. However, he should have selected a better script with content rather than a regular mass film for his launch. Palak Lalvani is pretty but needs to improve in expressions and dialogues. Other supporting cast helped the movie to keep it somewhat interesting.
Technically:
The film has got okay production values. MM Keeravani’s music is the only asset of the film. However, the veteran composer seems to have used his old tracks in the movie. The BGM is loud and hyped the scenes than the stuff in them. It is disappointing film from Triekoti as he has been an associate of Rajamouli and delivered a successful film like Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya. Script chosen itself is pathetic. Dialogues are even miserable. Couple of songs are hummable especially the romantic song Oo Kala and Anukoledha are really good.
Bottomline: Juvva doesn’t take-off
