Ram Charan’s Vinaya Vidheya Rama is going to have grand theatrical release on Jan 11th. Venkatesh and Varun Tej mult-starrer F2 is also making it theaters on 11th.

Of late, Rajinikanth seems to have lost his sheen in Telugu as his Kabali and Kaala which had more of Tamil flavour got bombed at box-office. His much ballyhooed 2.0 also didn’t fare to expected range.

Petta Telugu producer Ashok Vallabhaneni expressed his anguish over not finding screens for Rajinikanth starrer. He made some derogatory comments on big producers calling them dogs.

He said that only Petta will remain in theaters by 18th and that the rest of all films will get vanished. Producer council general secretary Prasanna too supported him alleging that some big producers are running theater mafia. F2 producer Dil Raju countered both with strong remarks at F2 trailer launch event on Monday.

Speaking on the occasion, Raju said that it is not possible to allot theatres to a dubbing film when Telugu straight movies are in Sankranthi race.

“I don’t make cheap comments like he did. First you release the movie then we can see which movie will remain in theaters. Ashok himself has got large number of theaters for his dubbed movies like Nawaab and Sarkar. Now that Telugu films are releasing for festival, obviously there is scarcity of theaters. Everyone of us are here to do business, we can’t let go our business,” said Raju.
