Hyderabad High Court has issued notices to AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu in YS Jagan attack case.
YSRCP chief was injured in knife attack by an assailant at Vizag airport. AP government ordered a special investigation team to investigate the incident.
Jagan appealed to court to direct the AP government to appoint independent institution to probe the case.
Court has sought a detailed report from the SIT. On Tuesday, court expressed dissent over the progress in case for 3 weeks as CCTV recordings at Airport were not submitted.
Considering Jagan’s petition, court issued notices to AP and Telangana DGPs and 8 others in connection with the attack along with CM to come up with detailed report.
